Lavender needs no introduction. It captures you silently, wraps around your senses, and invites you into its dance. Before you know it, you’re wandering through violet fields, sipping wine, and feeling that everything is exactly where it’s meant to be.
We’ll take you to a secret lavender haven — not to hide it, but to preserve the magic of discovery. Nestled in the heart of Thrace, where the land doesn’t just grow flowers, but poetry, grapes, and traditions rooted in centuries past.

What surprise have we planned this time?
Friday Evening:
A cozy garden tucked inside a countryside courtyard. The aroma of freshly baked bread drifts through the air. We’ll gather around a beautifully set table, filled with flavors from neighboring gardens — rustic salads, fragrant spreads, artisan cold cuts, and a glass of good wine or craft beer. This night is about connection. About soft landings and slow sips. A gentle opening to the magic ahead.
Saturday Late Afternoon:
We’ll venture to where lavender meets the golden hour. Surrounded by blooming fields bathed in the warm light of a fading day, we’ll welcome the afternoon with quiet awe. We'll take photos — not out of vanity, but to capture that rare feeling you want to hold onto forever.
Saturday Night:
The grand moment — a four-course homemade dinner paired with a curated wine tasting from exceptional local cellars. A celebration of flavor, of land, and its generous soul. Each dish will be thoughtfully crafted by our host to highlight the distinct personality of the wine it accompanies.
Sunday Morning:
A slow, lingering morning — just as the final chapter of a true experience should be. Coffee in the courtyard, laughter from the next table, recipes passed around, and promises of future returns.
This won’t be just a weekend.
