- Maximum capacity: up to 8 people in the house.
- There is a second house with a capacity of 8 people, suitable for yoga retreat events. Price on request.
- Number of rooms: The complex has 4 double rooms with 2 single beds each. Dining area and lounge with relaxation zone.
- Number of bathrooms: 2 bathrooms on each floor, one each.
- No pool and SPA facilities.
- Equipment: large yard with terrace, outdoor relaxation area.
- Dining: The food is prepared with a lot of care and love, the products are from local producers. Bread is kneaded with sourdough, the recipes for these delicious dishes are borrowed from the Rhodope traditions, but reworked by the host. The price includes 2 hearty brunches and 2 dinners, as well as a special bottle of wine from the hosts. Coffee, high mountain tea and spring water are available at any time of the day. Bringing in food and drinks from outside is not allowed. Corkage fee BGN 10 for imported alcohol.
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.
- Child policy: The destination is suitable for children above 12 years.
- Additional on-site and area activities: nature trails, natural phenomena, historical landmarks, forest picnics, board games, library.
- Suitable for team building, yoga retreats, and other events. No loud parties and celebrations are allowed.
