- Number of rooms: 10 rooms. 5 of the rooms have double beds, the other 4 have 2 single beds each, and the studio has 1 large bed and 2 folding armchairs.

- Equipment: mountain view, large terrace, yard, indoor and outdoor dining area, yoga zone, co-working space for 18 people with high-speed internet, lounge room, meeting room.
- Dining: Tavern for 40 people, catering according to group needs - can be with catering, local grandmas, or guest chef. Hiring a guest chef is 500 BGN per day, and a separate amount is charged for the necessary purchased products according to the guests' desires. There is an option for catering breakfast and dinner - 60 BGN per day per person. Self-catering is also an option, with a fully equipped kitchen available.
