The Austrian Alps and the Salzkammergut region are known for their impressive combination of alpine peaks, green valleys and crystal-clear mountain lakes. The small, colorful villages, peaceful shores and majestic white ridges create the perfect backdrop for an active summer adventure. In this program, we combine kayaking, hiking and sightseeing in picturesque towns – a well-balanced trip with plenty of time for both activity and relaxation.

We will row in the lakes Traunsee, Wolfgangsee and Hallstattersee, we will cross a section of the Traun River, we will make a panoramic hike in the Dachstein Glacier area and for the more experienced there will be an opportunity for a via ferrata climb to the Traunstein peak. The program also includes visits to Hallstatt, Gmunden and Bad Ischl, as well as a short walk in Budapest on the way back.
