The price includes: 2 nights in a villa with a capacity of up to 20 people, use of SPA facilities, 2 Bronco envelopes with directions and information about the area.

- Maximum capacity: Both villas are rented to 1 company 17+3 adults.
- Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Accommodation and distribution in the villas: Two houses with a capacity of up to 20 people (17+ 3 children), 8 rooms, each with its own bathroom.
- 1 large villa, which has 1 maisonette with a large bedroom + bathroom and toilet, 2 single beds on the lower floor and 1 sofa that can be stretched out, 2 children can sleep on it. There is a terrace with a beautiful view; 1 room with a large bedroom; 1 room with 2 single beds with a shared bathroom and toilet and a tavern for 20 people
- 2nd smaller villa, which has 1 large bedroom with bathroom and toilet, 1 room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed that can sleep a 3rd person + bathroom and toilet; on the lower floor of the villa - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet + fireplace
- Spa services: Outdoor jacuzzi and sauna
- Equipment: Outdoor barbecue area with electric grill and large charcoal grill, large tavern in the large villa. The dining room seats up to 20 people.
- Meals: Rhodopean food, with homemade products specially prepared by the hosts. Possibility of meals for an additional fee - breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
- Pet policy: pets allowed - no charge
