- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Check-in: after 3:00 PM, Check-out: by 1:00 PM. The villa offers self-check-in.
- Maximum capacity: Up to 8 adults and 2 children.
- Number of rooms: On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom for two with a large double bed. On the second floor, there are 2 large rooms, each accommodating up to 4 people. One room has two double beds, while the other has one double bed and a three-quarter bed.
- Number of bathrooms: 1 bathroom with a toilet on the first floor.
- Spa services and pool: The house does not have these facilities but is located 4 km from spa centers with mineral springs.
- Amenities: BBQ, dining area for up to 10 people, fireplace, yard with mountain views.
- Catering: Fully equipped kitchen. A variety of restaurants are available in a nearby town, about 4 km away.
- Pet policy: Pet-friendly (well-behaved pets only).
