As a tradition, every spring we take you to the unknown and uncommercial hidden places of Italy . We present to you the fourth author's program of Paolo - a specialist in the philosophy of "La dolce vita" . This time we will take you south to sunny Calabria .

If you want to immerse yourself in our Italian fairy tale, choose our program for the May holidays and welcome summer 2026 on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea .
We will start with the “pearl” of the region – Tropea , we will visit the picturesque fishing town of Scilla with its cozy streets, sea views and historical landmarks. We will discover the cultural treasures of Reggio Calabria , as well as the mysticism of the abandoned city of Pentadattilo . On the last day we will explore the historic Pizzo , taste the famous tartufo ice cream and enjoy the natural beauties of the mountains of Serre . This excursion promises unforgettable memories of the beautiful region of Southern Italy , combining cultural riches, natural landscapes and delicious cuisine.

Program:
DAY 1 | 23.05 (Saturday) Sofia – Tropea
Flight Sofia - Lamezia Terme (21:00). We take the rental car and drive to Tropea - the pearl of Calabria, known for its dramatic cliffs and ancient town. Accommodation in a luxury hotel with incredible sea views.
Overnight in Tropea.
DAY 2 | 24.05 (Sunday) Tropea and Capo Vaticano
Boat trip along the beautiful beaches and Capo Vaticano .
Visit to the emblematic Santa Maria dell'Isola , built on a rock in the sea. Free time for lunch and dinner in a cozy restaurant with seafood delicacies and homemade pasta. We will try the famous Calabrian specialties such as 'Nduja or fresh seafood
Overnight in Tropea.
DAY 3 | 25.05 (Monday) Tropea – Scilla – Cianalea
Travel (approx. 1 hour) to the charming fishing town of Skyla .
Walk through the old town and lunch in the Cianalea neighborhood, which is on the list of the most beautiful urban areas in Italy, with houses built entirely on the sea. Visit to the Ruffo Castle and free time for beach and dinner by the sea.
Overnight in Scylla.
DAY 4 | 26.05 (Tuesday) Reggio Calabria – Pentadatillo – Bova
Full-day trip through southern Calabria.
Exploring Reggio Calabria – the cathedral, museums and the promenade with views of Sicily.
Visit to the ghost town of Pentadatilo and the authentic village of Bova , perched above the sea.
Overnight in Scylla.
DAY 5 | 27.05 (Wednesday) Pizzo – Sofia
Visit to Pizzo and its famous castle. Tasting of Tartufo ice cream – a Calabrian classic. Short walk in the Serre mountain area and lunch in a traditional restaurant.
Evening flight from Lamezia Terme (10:00 PM) and arrival in Sofia after midnight.
