- Maximum capacity: 35 people
- Accommodation:
- 1 large house with 11 double rooms with bathrooms, each with the possibility of accommodating 1 child on a sofa bed;
- 2 family houses, each with 1 bedroom for two adults and the option of accommodating up to 2 children on a sofa bed in the living room or an extra bed in the bedroom ;
- 3 villas with one bedroom and a living room with a sofa for a third adult/child
- Meals: Breakfast available upon request, traditional tavern, outdoor charcoal barbecues
- SPA services and pool: sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi, seasonal heated pool, additional charge on site totaling 150 BGN per day. When renting the large villa, included in the price.
- Child Policy: Suitable for children, free up to 12 years. Supplement 40 BGN per day for children over 12 years. There is a children's corner with a sandbox, slide, swings.
- Pet Policy: Small pets allowed.
