Our gracious hosts have lovingly renovated a mid-20th century stone house, transforming a forgotten structure into a haven for those who appreciate fine wine and great company. Yet, the true treasure of the property is hidden beneath the house—an authentic stone cellar, now beautifully restored as an intimate space for wine tastings and dining. The cellar accommodates up to 12 guests, creating the perfect atmosphere for shared moments.
The house itself blends classic architecture with modern amenities, with each room named after an Italian city, showcasing its own unique character and style. The expansive yard, filled with aromatic herbs, fruit trees, and a cozy fire pit, invites relaxation and tranquility. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue area, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. For those seeking something truly special, the hosts offer curated wine tastings paired with gourmet delicacies, elevating the experience to new heights.

- Capacity up to 10 people.
- Accommodation: 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + option for an extra bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. When renting the house for 1 couple, only a room is rented. For a minimum of 6 people, the entire house is rented.
- Equipment: fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, outdoor barbecue, cellar, darts, board games and private parking.
- Meals: Breakfast is available - 10 BGN per person per day, there is a barbecue on site, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area and a restaurant nearby.
- Full board packages (breakfast, lunch and dinner on site + wine tasting, homemade bread and selected appetizers) can be organized for a minimum of 4 people.
- Wine tasting with local wines and appetizers can be organized for couples only, too.
- Child Policy: Children allowed. Free cot up to 3 years old. Child on extra bed is considered as an adult.
- Pet policy: pets with well-behaved habits allowed.
