• Maximum of 8 adults; additional 4 adults can stay on a sofa bed for BGN 200 per person, or children under 12 on foldable beds (4 available).
• Room layout: 3 luxury bedrooms + 1 suite with a sofa bed for two.
• Bathrooms: One in each room.

• Seasonal heated pool, year-round outdoor hot jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, fitness area.

Pet policy: Not allowed
Child policy: Suitable for children; no additional charge for children under 12. Indoor and outdoor play areas are available. Baby cots are provided.
Security deposit: A deposit of BGN 1,400 is required upon check-in to cover potential damages, wine cellar consumption, charcoal, jacuzzi aroma therapies, or other additional services from the villa’s price list. The deposit is refundable if unused and no damages occur.
