- 7 double rooms with the option of accommodating a child in an armchair/crib.

- 2 apartments with 2 rooms and shared bathroom
- 2 studios with jacuzzi and double sofa bed for families with 2 children
Villas
- 7 independent villas with kitchen and terrace and barbecue area. Each villa has 3 bathrooms. All villas have direct views of the dam.
- 3 villas for up to 6 people each - each villa has 3 bedrooms and a jacuzzi, with 2 of the rooms having the option of accommodating children on an armchair
- VIP villa for up to 8 people - 4 bedrooms and 1 single room, jacuzzi, sauna and pool table
- 2 villas for up to 6 people each - each villa has 3 bedrooms and a room with 2 single beds
- 1 villa for up to 6 people - with 3 bedrooms.

- Dining: There is an on-site restaurant offering lunch and dinner at your leisure. There is also a barbecue area.
- Spa services and pool: Indoor swimming pool with water temperature of 34–36°C, Finnish and herbal sauna, salt room.
- Child Policy: Free use of a baby cot upon prior request.
