Immerse yourself in the magic of the Valley of Roses and become part of a living tradition. This experience will take you through fragrant rose fields, where you will pick roses according to an old custom, wear a folk costume and experience Bulgarian folklore. A delicious themed brunch with local products, inspiring stories and visits to iconic historical sites await you. All this – in a small, selected group, with attention to detail and authenticity.

    Program:

    Before lunch:

    • 10:30 – Welcome at the rose garden
    • A warm welcome with traditional bread and a welcome drink.

    Optional

    • Dressing up in traditional folk costumes (with prior request).

    Introduction to the world of roses

    • A short story and briefing from the host - owner of the rose garden.

    Rose picking

    • Participation in the authentic ritual of picking roses with traditional baskets.

    Themed brunch in nature

    • A handpicked selection of local products and hot dishes prepared by our chef.

    All the time

    • A lively folklore atmosphere with music and people, in which everyone is invited to join.


    Early afternoon

    • Visit to Frog Mound
    • Historical talk with special access for the group and a curator from the Strelcha museum.
    • (If possible, visit the Historical Museum in Strelcha.)

    Visit to the Old Rose Distillery – Strelcha

    • A short talk about the path of the rose – from flower to rose oil.

    End of the experience

    • Creating a personal memory – each guest will write a wish on a retro card inspired by rose picking.
