Minimum nights: 2 Additional night: 250 BGN per night for one house, 450 BGN for both houses. Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
No change in price for weekday check-ins.
- Maximum capacity: 2 houses for 12 adults + 5 children (6 adults per house, 2 children in house 1, and 3 children in house 2)
- Number of rooms in each house: Bedroom 1: bedroom + children's bed Bedroom 2: bedroom + children's bed Living room: sofa bed
- Number of bathrooms: 2 in each house.
- Spa services: The house does not have a pool or spa.
- Equipment: Small outdoor children's area. Outdoor barbecue area, hammock, and relaxation area in the yard, dining room, veranda, living room with fireplace.
- Catering: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Catering, lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be ordered on-site for an additional fee from nearby dining establishments.
- Pet Policy: Accommodation with small pets is allowed.
- Child Policy: Suitable for children - Up to 10 years old, no additional charge.
- Additional activities on-site and in the area: Eco-trails, natural phenomena, historical landmarks, small ski slope, playground, bike rental, buggies, horseback riding, nearby spa zone for an additional fee.
