We are excited to introduce another one of our top-designed properties in Bulgaria, nestled in one of the most enchanting spots along the Black Sea coast. This meticulously crafted house combines all the comforts of a modern home with an abundance of breathtaking views.

Due to the steep coastal terrain, the entrance is on the second floor, where you'll find four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The third floor offers a large bedroom with two double beds and a private bathroom.
For those idyllic summer evenings filled with heartfelt conversations and the soft taste of a refreshing cocktail, there's a beautiful veranda with a large dining table and panoramic sea view. The backyard includes a barbecue, a swimming pool (available from June to the end of September), a poolside bar, and a designated parking area.
