Introducing our new designer gem, located in one of the most magical corners of the Black Sea Coast. This custom-designed house has all the amenities of a modern home, and breathtaking views of the bay are in abundance.
The villa has a capacity of up to 14 people and consists of six bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the first floor you can find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a fireplace and a laundry room. The entrance to the villa, due to the steep coastal relief, is on the second floor. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The third floor offers one spacious bedroom with two double beds and a private bathroom. And for cozy summer evenings spent in intimate conversations and a glass of cocktail in hand, we have prepared a beautiful veranda with a large dining table and panoramic sea views. In the yard of the house you will find a barbecue, a swimming pool, which is at your disposal from June to the end of September, a pool bar, as well as a separate parking area.
